The figs have a special place due to their delicious taste, the numerous therapeutic options and their warm nature.
Black figs have more antioxidants. This fruit can be dried and consumed under suitable conditions.


It is very useful for many diseases. Some of the benefits are as follows:
• It causes insomnia to disappear.
• It reduces anemia and it can be used by pregnant women.
• Constipation is treated. The reason is the presence of laxative. It is better to take it every morning.
• It strengthens the bones and is a good way to treat arthritis
• Helps the hepatic health
• It strengthens body immune system.
• Due to its antioxidant, it helps to rejuvenate the skin.
• Its energy source is positive and anti-depressant.
• Prevents hair loss.
• A rich source of vitamin C that prevents cancer
• A good herbal drink to breaks down the cold and inflammation of the respiratory tract
• Sage of it can destroy zigzag.
This nutritious food can be used in the form of fruit, dried fruit, jam, ice cream or dessert.
It can be served with tea instead of sugar.
At home, we have a process in which my dad prepares figs dessert. First, open the figs to make sure there is no wasp.
Then, to the number of people, the glasses are full of figs and water. The next step is to place the glasses in the refrigerator for several hours until they are cool completely. Now the delicious dessert is ready to serve. Please note that excessive consumption causes diarrhea.
Also, while taking it, note that it has a warm nature. Iran is one of the largest producers of this delicious fruit in the world.
